Train Hard, Train Safe

To hook grip or not to hook grip… In my opinion; get your hands used to always doing it for lifting a bar off the floor. I even do my 1RM deadlift with hook grip (in video 3 reps tho…) At the same time, learn when better not to hook grip, like the bottom of an OHS… @theblauprogram

Disco lights… No matter the outcome for Cyprus TD 17.3 I am still happy I have improved my OHS enough to do so many reps at 50 kg without lifters. It only took about 2 years of consistent mobility work. And lots of OH squatting of course. Be patient and the results will come. Wod filmed in ‘normal’ gym in Stockholm, missing my CrossFit Blau back home in Sitges. #iamblau

<p>That was fun and obviously I am pretty good at making a mess of the floor as well. But as I am the one who cleans it… Qualifier Wod 1a + 1b for Cyprus Throwdown 2017. For me category Masters Men 45-49 and for @kata_crossfit_weightlifting Category Scaled Women. Not my best Fran time (Wod 1b) but i PRed my Cluster (Wod 1a).  (at CrossFit Blau)</p>
